Examines how strategic choices are developed in response to organisational needs, as well as how they are implemented and assessed. Also places emphasis on managing and leading change, using tools and techniques that support successful transformation.

F3 Financial Strategy

Explores the development of strategic financial goals and the various financial strategies organisations can implement. Reviews funding options to support strategy execution, examines sources of financial risk, and looks at how to manage their impact. Also includes evaluation of business valuation methods and their relevance within the framework of integrated reporting.

P3 Risk Management

Examines enterprise-level risks and the processes used to assess and manage them. Explores where strategic risks are most likely to emerge and how addressing these threats can impact a company’s regulatory compliance. Also highlights how internal policies and procedures can shape an organisation’s approach to risk management.

Strategic Level Case Study

At every level, a Case Study Exam acts as a comprehensive capstone assessment, combining knowledge, skills, and techniques in a realistic business scenario. In this exam, candidates assume the role of a senior finance manager and must showcase the appropriate expertise, decision-making ability, and professional mindset expected at that level.
